Andrea W. Cooper is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and Cornell University School of Law. She is a former Tarrant County Assistant DA, ICE Assistant Chief Counsel, and Managing Immigration Attorney for Bailey & Galyen. She opened a solo practice in 2008 to provide a wide array of legal services to an increasingly diverse community.
